There are many reasons to make a portrait of your family, or a lifestyle portrait of yourself with friends or colleagues.  These wishes I take into account with every session.  In family photography I make relaxed, natural photographs of family members young and old.

Regardless of the weather and light you can come to my studio in Amsterdam-Noord for your photosession. This is on the Zamenhofstraat Ateliercomplex, within 5 minuten of the A10, Amsterdam ring, and with free parking at the door.

It is also possible to do an outside session at a location of your choice, or a studio session (with studio lights and backgrounds) on location. For an outside session good light is important.  Often the best light will be in the mornings.

A session normally takes one to one and a half hours.  For adults in the studio this can take place either during the day or in the evening, and in the weekend, according to your wishes.

Simple clothes without strong colours or patterns often works the best on a photo.  FOr a groups photograph you can choose to wear complementing colours or styles.

.. but if you want to wear your red and white polka dot dress then by all means do!

About a week to ten days after your session you receive a digital portfolio with 20-25 photos via Internet.  From this portfolio you can make your choices about which photographs you would like to print.  Do you want something more speedily for a present or birthday? That is possible.  Birthday tomorrow? you can give a cadeaubon from 10 euros for a photosession or print.

Printing possibilities

There are many different possibilities for printing the photographs depending on the photograph and your style.

A classically framed single or set of identically framed photographs, is always effective.  A photograph sandwiched on aluminium or dibond or behind perspex gives an even more modern look .

A composition can be a good choice, or a collage of several photographs.  I am happy to advise you in this without any obligation.
